    Hi Robert
Happy New Year and Congrats on selling your penthouse condo on Boyton Beach. We don’t have any pre-construction or even new construction on the beach, but have several prime communities you may want to consider; such as Livingston Lakes in North Naples, Bristol Pines, a little further from the beach and Artesia in southeast Naples. Livingtston Lakes is an intriguing proposition, given it’s location and your music lover’s email address. It’s the closest to the Naples Philharmonic, which has a variety of musical offerings, ranging from symphony to old fashioned rock with 360 performances a year. Additionally. it’s close to The Mercato, an uptown version of Naples’ well know Fifth Avenue. There’s plenty of live music venues to choose from, in addition to upscale restaurants and shops. Livingston Lakes offers Garden, Coach and Carriage Homes, which are all types of condos depending on size. A 1,200 sf Garden Home with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths starts in the low $200 K’s and a carriage home with over 2,000 sf in the high $300 K’s. A list of possibilities is on it’s way to you, and we look forward to helping you further. There are also more “in construction” or “nearly new” possibilities. All the best.
