        David has been in business 13 years focusing primarily on  

        pre-construction, condominiums, new homes, lots and general

        real estate.

•Graduated University of Mississippi with a degree in real estate

•Realtor at Coldwell Banker for 2 years, achieved Rookie of the

Year in 1990 as well as making the Million Dollar Club

•Currently the Sales and Marketing Director for White Sands Development Realty, Inc.

•Consistently in the top 5 out of 1600 agents in the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors for sales volume.  Currently 4 out of 1600 for 2002

•Has consistently sold and listed in upwards of 20+ million a year in real estate

•Has been instrumental in the total planning of 6 condominium developments from site plans and floor plans to marketing contracts and closings

•Has a support staff that includes a personal assistant and buyer agent

•Currently a member of The Emerald Coast Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors
