Association Fees: The association fees for Sunrise Beach should be approximately: $210.00 for a 1 bedroom unit $280.00 for a 2 bedroom, and $360.00 for a 3 bedroom. The fees will include water, sewer, trash, pest control, cable and exterior maintenance and insurance.

Interior Insurance Premiums: Insurance for the exterior is included in the association fee. Interior (contents) insurance coverage varies according to unit size and quality of furnishings. Premiums generally range from $400-$1,000 annually. Please consult your insurance agent for details.

Property Taxes: Property taxes will be approximately $1,400 to $1,500 per $100,000 of assessed value. Examples: $220,000 value = $3,300 taxes          $250,000 value = $3,750 taxes          $350,000 value = $5,250 taxes

Estimated Loan Payments: Every $100,000 borrowed at 7% interest over a 30-year amortization schedule equals a monthly payment of $665.30 or $66.53 for every $10,000.
